Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order at no charge. After that, the order may already be in processing or fulfillment.

Restocking Fee

Returns that were not pre-approved or do not meet our return conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and up to 40 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
